Terms & Conditions

  • That you hereby confirm that you are a genuine Account holder with the Bank, hold valid Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash Card for making the payments via the Payment Gateway. It is your sole responsibility to protect your Username/ Password or security token.
  • That you are making the aforesaid payment towards Equated Monthly Installments (EMI)/Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) chargeable and payable by you as per the terms of the valid Contract existing and binding executed between you/ your beneficiary and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (Company).
  • That you will not be entitled to claim any charge back on the amount in view of the amount being paid under a valid and existing contract .
  • You agree that ASF amount, as declared by Company from year to year, is due and payable by You irrespective of whether the entitlement of a particular year has been availed by You or not.
  • You will not hold the Company liable for any loss/es incurred by you for payment made through this transaction. You will be solely liable for any fraudulent acts or in cases you have acted with gross negligence. You will be considered as having acted with gross negligence if you knowingly allow the use by others of your Username, Password or security token or fail to follow the safeguards as set out by your Bank in this regard.
  • Any payment made towards EMI/ASF shall be deducted towards the amounts due and liable to the Company. In case if there is any deficit/excess payment made the same to be reconciled with Company.
  • That any payment made by this transaction shall not be refunded. Further in case you are making the payment after your billing cycle for the payment has kicked off and you have also give a mandate for debit for ECS. your ECS may be processed not withstanding this payment being made successfully. Please get in touch with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in respect of any reconciliation in this regard.
  • Any dispute/issue raised in this regard shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai.

Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) is used towards utilities, upkeep, upgrade and overall maintenance of Club Mahindra Resorts (CMR)/Non-Club Mahindra Resorts (NCMR) so that your holidays are full of uninterrupted joy. ASF is likely to increase in the month of April every calendar year based on weighted average inflation on the basis of Consumer Price Index (CPI) & Wholesale Price Index (WPI) indices published by Reserve bank of India over a period of 12 months of the previous calendar year i.e. (January to December). Please pay yours ASF on time so that you can enjoy your holidays without interruption. Kindly note that Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) is payable every year irrespective of whether you holiday or not in a particular year.

Resort credit vouchers can be used in selective domestic Club Mahindra resorts against Food & Beverage, Spa and Holiday activities. Validity of these vouchers would be for 1 year from holiday start date.

You can plan your first holiday as per your Holiday Start Date (HSD) depending upon the payment plan you have chosen. However, you can book your complimentary nights immediately after activating your membership if the down payment made is 30% or above; in case of down payment less than 30%, you can utilize the offer after paying your first 3/6 EMIs based on the membership plan you have chosen Please refer the welcome letter for terms and conditions.
