Terms & Conditions

Online Booking Request

  • Please inform us in advance if you are checking in late since we will be able to hold your reservation till 6:00 pm only
  • You must bring a print of this confirmation along with a valid photo ID when you check-in
  • You need to produce PAN card for any payment transaction exceeding Rs 24999/- against your resort expenses
  • Valid Passport is to be produced for Foreign Nationals at the time of check in
  • Once this voucher is issued on confirmation of the booking we can't change the name on the booking
  • We might require your credit card on file when you check in
  • For members, this reservation is valid only if all dues against the membership are cleared before check-in
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Taxes are inevitable. A service tax is applicable too.
  • Resort Specific information, Resort house rules & all terms & conditions mentioned in the confirmation voucher are applicable.
  • All other terms & conditions on membership are applicable.

 

Guest Bookings

  • If person traveling is not the member, Guest fees is applicable per room per booking.
  • Guest fees is not applicable if the person traveling is the Co-applicant (or) members spouse (or) members parents (or) members children below the age of 25 years.
  • The holder of the confirmation voucher need to carry his/her photo ID along with a proof of relation to the member to be produced in original at the time of check-in.
  • Submitting the holiday request through the member portal for guest (along with guest name) is taken as the final Guest authorization.
  • Complete details of guest including the first name, last name, Email address, relation to the member & contact number of guest is mandatory.
  • Guest fees for associate resorts needs to be paid at the time of confirming the holiday booking and it is non-refundable.
  • Guest fees for own resorts will be collected at the resort.

Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) is used towards utilities, upkeep, upgrade and overall maintenance of Club Mahindra Resorts (CMR)/Non-Club Mahindra Resorts (NCMR) so that your holidays are full of uninterrupted joy. ASF is likely to increase in the month of April every calendar year based on weighted average inflation on the basis of Consumer Price Index (CPI) & Wholesale Price Index (WPI) indices published by Reserve bank of India over a period of 12 months of the previous calendar year i.e. (January to December). Please pay yours ASF on time so that you can enjoy your holidays without interruption. Kindly note that Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) is payable every year irrespective of whether you holiday or not in a particular year.

Resort credit vouchers can be used in selective domestic Club Mahindra resorts against Food & Beverage, Spa and Holiday activities. Validity of these vouchers would be for 1 year from holiday start date.

You can plan your first holiday as per your Holiday Start Date (HSD) depending upon the payment plan you have chosen. However, you can book your complimentary nights immediately after activating your membership if the down payment made is 30% or above; in case of down payment less than 30%, you can utilize the offer after paying your first 3/6 EMIs based on the membership plan you have chosen Please refer the welcome letter for terms and conditions.
